Polygon (POL) Network Upgrade - 13 Feb 2025

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that Ceffu will be supporting the Polygon (POL) network upgrade, which is expected to take place on February 13, 2025, 10:00 UTC (18:00 UTC+8), at the block height of 22,393,043.

To ensure a smooth transition, Ceffu will temporarily suspend Prime Wallet deposits and withdrawals on the Polygon (POL) network starting from approximately February 13, 2025, 09:00 UTC (17:00 UTC+8). Service will resume once the upgraded network is deemed stable.

Please note that no further announcements will be made regarding resumption of deposits and withdrawals.
